This hotel is an absolute gem! everything is brand new. The decor is really lovely, you have everything you need here. We were three persons staying in a room that had a bathroom and toilet. Big flat screen TV with netflex. gorgeous little kitchen. The host Ewa could not have been nicer to us, Super friendly and so accommodating. Breakfast was really, really good! We even got this delivered to the room at no extra cost. The location was amazing, we were a 6 min walk from the main square so did not have to get a taxi at all. I don't usually take the time to do a long review but this is truly deserved, I would 100% stay here if I return to Krakow. This hotel ticks all the boxes!! Comfortable, Clean, Warm, great food and low cost.

This is a new aparthotel in a great, safe location less than 10 mins from the main square. Coffee shops and restaurants within 3 mins. Unlike the old town you can get a cab to the door with your luggage! Apartment was compact but perfect - dual aspect, lots of light. Lovely furnishings and decor and lots of equipment. Beds very comfortable and temperature perfect. The 2 bed we had was dual aspect on a corner - this probably helped with the sound proofing. A noisy group moved in on our last night but actually never stopped us sleeping. Wifi and tv all worked well. All Reception staff helpful and friendly - happy to store luggage too. Felt very secure and in a nice area.

Everything was excellent at H11 Aparthotel. The receptionist got our room ready as we arrived a bit early with no trouble at all. A super coffee shop next door with fabulous staff and a great selection. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, great big windows in the living area with all the mod cons that you expect. The place itself is centrally located to the Old Town, 5-10 minute walk to the main square with lots of bars and restaurants. Upon leaving another receptionist got our transfer to the airport sorted in the morning. Could not recommend this as place to stay more, everything that you want with value for money to boot.

Great location, super close to the main square in the old Town, yet in a silent street. Breakfast was ok; since it is an aparthotel, they didn't have a buffet; instead they would bring a nice assortment of food for breakfast, that could be chosen amongst 4 different options. Best thing was how spacious was the apartment, with nice furniture and bed, for a good price.

Upon walking in the first time the staff were very friendly, showing how to access the property as well as my apartment. Staff coverage throughout the week was very good. Room was very tidy and had everything I needed with the temperature being suitable. The location is also a great plus. Overall can't think of how to improve.
